Our Mission
At N.G. Soccer Academy, we are dedicated to cultivating the next generation of athletes. Based across Baltimore, Glen Burnie, and Columbia, NG combines elite technical coaching with a focus on character development. We empower youth players through structured skill development and professional mentorship, ensuring every student-athlete reaches their full potential on and off the pitch.
Meet the NG Coaches Shaping our Future Stars
Coach Donald
Coach Donald brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience. A Maryland native, he competed at top youth levels, including ODP, and went on to play at Limestone and Presbyterian College. Since 2013, he has coached at the college and high school levels and is currently the Boys’ Head Coach at Glen Burnie High School.
Coach Jaylin
Coach Jaylin has been with N.G. Soccer Academy from the start. A standout at North County High School, she went on to play at Anne Arundel Community College, helping her team reach the NJCAA National Tournament. She now plays for Albright College while mentoring the next generation of players at NG.
Coach Stevie
Coach Stevie is a standout Glen Burnie High School alum who helped drive the program’s recent turnaround. He brings a sharp eye for the modern game, a passion for developing talent, and social media savvy that helps spotlight our athletes. This fall, he joins the Glen Burnie coaching staff, continuing to support the next generation at NG Soccer Academy.
